Phytosanitary License and Certificate Issuance System

The Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries (MAAP) through the Department of Plant Health is a body of the Republic of Mozambique responsible for preventing the introduction and spread of pests and diseases in the country, and in other countries through inspection, plant quarantine, issuance of phytosanitary certificates and licenses, in the export and import of plants, their products and by-products aiming to guarantee agricultural production and food security.
